Many locksmiths advertise 24/7 emergency services but when you need one they do not answer their phones. David not only answered his phone he was extremely helpful at 2am and arrived within the hour to unlock a room in the nursing home so resident care was not affected. I received an exceptional service from David. Straight on a quote inspection, he gave a good advise, suggestions and exact job cost about upgrading current front door locks and installing door lock for a balcony door. Everything was done on the same day, quickly and I am pleased with the results. To go further, he even was so kind to help with making several holes in the wall and install TV wall mount (I didn't have a proper instruments at home). Highly recommend.
